Gro-Dan needs some snake egg oil.
Walkthrough[]
Gro-Dan will give you a Grinder and a vial. Go to the Misty Mansion garden in Misty Island and you will see a snake egg in the bottom right hand side. Once you have found it, use the grinder to grind it up and use the powder on the vial. Then go back to Gro-Dan and collect your reward.
